In your opinion, which of the principles established by the Constitution of 1812 was the most important? Explain your answer.

  1. I think the most important one is the separation of branches, because one person couldn't have all the power of the state, and without this separation, the government could not guarantee rights and freedoms of the people, no torture, etc...

  2. I thing the most important was the liberty of press, because in that time you could not think how you like, and in this way you can publish, read and thin what you want.

    I think the most important one was the guaranteed rights and freedom because thanks to this principle there was equality under the law and the torture was eradicated and this was a big step toward freedom of people and a more equilibrated society

    are the most important because in this way absolutism and the estates of the realm will disappear.

  5. I think the most important principle of the Constitution in 1812 was to guarantee rights and freedoms. This can help to include equality under the law, the right to privacy, freedom of the press (freedom of thinking) and stoping torture.

  6. I think the most important one is the separation of powers, because if one person has all the power of the state, the citizens haven't rights. And I think that all the people should be equal under the law.

  7. I believe the most important principle is the guaranteed rights and freedoms, because I think that however bad you're , always you'll have the right to give your opinion , because the voice no one can stand neither fences or walls.... and also in my opininon everyone is equal under the law.

  10. I think the most important one was the guaranteed rights and freedom because you can express your ideas without of being torture. And all the people have the same rights under the law, the right to have a "job", a house,education...

    I think the most important one was : guaranteed freedom and equality,because each one should be free to do what they want. With this right,all population will belong to the same "estate" or "range" like now,more or less

  15. I think the most important principle is the separation of branches, because if the power of the state resides in only one person, this persone can do whatever he wants, it doesn't guarantee the rights, freedoms and equality for all the population, and it's not fair.

  18. The most important in my opinion is the guaranteed rights and freedoms because this principle made possible that people could be freer in the right to privacy, the freedom of press and the prohibition of the torture and also more equal in the equality under the law.
