  • Which continents were the less populated around the year 1000 AD?
  • What happened in the European population at the beginning of the 14th century?

  • When did the world population reach 1 billion inhabitants? Which events made it possible?
  • When were 2 billion inhabitants reached?
  • When were 4 billion inhabitants reached?
  • What about 7 billion inhabitants?
